OS Concepts was at the MTN Head Office to deliver a 2-day practical Agile training for their Product Delivery Team.

We trained the team members on Scrum best practices and how to use the framework in their product development. We had sessions on Business Process Mapping, Masterclass for Product Ownership and Scrum Master.
